Sorry I haven't been on much; work has been kicking up as usual, which means I've gone to my Delectables Lab to generate some new and amazingly delicious items! The newest creation to be added to the menu is Chocolate Strawberry Pie. Yep, you heard right! After seeing Waitress, I decided to attempt to make the Strawberry Oasis pie combining a few of my own recipes and voila! Moist strawberries, soft fluffy chocolate custard in a homemade chocolate cookie crust!
Stay tuned for more tasty updates!

Name Change
Thinking it over the past few days, I've considered changing the name of the business. The Midnight Baker, is, alas, a too common name. I'm thinking something more unique, and even clever, might draw more patrons in.
Also, I've started to cater for graduation parties. So far I have one interested :D Fingers crossed this actually works this time!

Updates
Hello, my fellow night cravers! I tried earlier this week to see if I could land my first catering gig at the local Panera theater for the upcoming show "Don't Dress For Dinner". Alas, it seems the only group that does the concessions for all the shows at Panera likes to keep it that way (even though my business offer was a 20% cut for me and they could keep the rest of the funds to do as they please). I aim to ask them tomorrow if they wouldn't mind a buddy up system, but prospects seem bare.
However, in light of a potential lost cause, I have managed to secure another catering gig with the Cosplay Chess Club for Rochester's upcoming Tora-Con 2011. To say I'm excited would be an understatement so instead I'll say "HOLY COW!"
The need for printed cards now seems a necessity more than ever. Ah well, no time like the present! In the meantime, my oven will be churning out all sorts of little goodies for patrons to take (and I'll include some Hot Monkey Love samples to see how the crowd reacts)
Fingers crossed, guys!
